August 26th, 2004 - September 15th, 2004

On August 25th, 2004 police took a report of a Break Enter and a theft of money from an apartment on Maine Street West which occurred between August 22nd and August 23rd, 2004.

Between August 27th and August 28th, 2004 person(s) unknown entered a house under construction in the Greenwood Street area and removed two cordless drills and power cord.

On August 27th, 2004 during a RIDE program, police charged Melvin Joseph Lawrence 46 years of Barrie with Operate Motor Vehicle over 80 mgs and Impaired Driving, drive while suspended and Have Liquor readily available. Mr. Lawrence is to appear in court September 28th, 2004.

Police Report numerous thefts from vending machines from the end of August to present. The thefts have occurred at the Car Washes, IGA Plaza and L&M Plaza.

On September 2nd, 2004 police investigated an assault. Charged with Assault, Assault Cause Bodily Harm and Utter Threats is Gary Wayne Jensen 48 years of Shelburne. Mr. Jensen is to appear in Ontario Court in Orangeville September 28th, 2004.

Between September 4th and September 5th, unknown person(s) removed a front door from a house under construction on Franklyn Street. Also a stainless steel storage tool box (utility box) for the rear of a pickup truck was stolen from Franklyn Street between September 10th and September 12th.

On September 4th, 2004 police charged Richard Shane MacPherson 44 years of Shelburne with Utter threats, Criminal Harassment and fail to comply with Recognizance. Mr. MacPherson was held for a bail hearing and released and is to
re-appear in court September 28th, 2004.

On September 6th, 2004 Police recovered a stolen vehicle on the No Frills parking lot which had been stolen from Orangeville around the end of August 2004. The vehicle was a 2002 Chev Silverado burgundy.

On September 10th, 2004 police took a theft report of a wallet from a home on Jane Street.

On September 11th, 2004 police charged Andrea Helga Donner 39 years of Shelburne with two counts of Failing to Comply with conditions of Release. Donner will appear in court on October 12th, 2004.

On September 14th, 2004 police investigated an assault and charged Jessica Ida Murray 18 years of Shelburne. Ms. Murray was charged with Assault, Utter Threats and Breach of Probation. Murray is to appear in court on October 4th, 2004.
