July 14th, 2004 - July 27th, 2004

Between July 18th at 11pm and July 19th, 2004 at 6:30 unknown person(s) entered a shed at the rear of a residence on Owen Sound Street. Suspects used a pry bar to gain entry. Police report nothing was taken.

On July 25th, 2004 during a RIDE program police charged Herman Niklas Klaver 47 years of Mitchell Ontario with Care and Control and Over 80 mgs of alcohol. Mr. Klaver will appear in Ontario Court in Orangeville on a later date.

On July 15th, 2004 police charged Graham Halkett 25 years of Shelburne with theft and 2 counts of Possession of Stolen property. The theft occurred in early June 2004 from a construction site in Shelburne. Mr. Halkett will appear in Ontario Court on August 24th, 2004.

Between July 18th, 2004 and July 23rd, 2004 person(s) removed a CD AM/FM receiver Eclipse by Fujitusuten from a parked motor vehicle on Main Street East.
