March 10th - March 24th 2004
On March 13th, 2004 the
Shelburne Police responded to a disturbance on Pineview Gardens.
Charged is Paul William Donaldson 45 years of Shelburne with 2
counts of Assault, 2 counts of Utter threats, Assault Police and
Resist Arrest. Mr. Donaldson was arrested and held for a bail
hearing.
Between March 15th & 16th, 2004
unknown persons threw a rock through a window at the new Fair board
building located on William Street. Anyone knowing who may be
responsible is asked to call the Shelburne Police.
On March 18th, 2004 Shelburne
Police stopped and arrested Gerald Wheaten 61 years of Orangeville
with Impaired Driving and Excess Alcohol. Mr. Wheaten is to appear
in Ontario Court in Orangeville on April 20th, 2004 to answer to the
charges.
On March 19th, 2004 Shelburne
Police took a report of threatening phone calls. Charged is David
Wilfred Christiansen 18 years of Shelburne with Criminal Harassment,
Utter Threats, Assault and Breach of Probation (2 counts). Mr.
Christiansen was arrested and held for a bail hearing.
On March 21st, 2004 at
approximately 10:00 p.m. a lone male entered the Mac's Milk Store
located in the Town of Shelburne. The male suspect produced a weapon
and assaulted the clerk. The suspect fled the store with an
undisclosed amount of cash.
The male is described as:
Male white, between 5'5" - 6', medium build, wearing dark clothing,
and light coloured shoes. The males identity was somewhat concealed.
