September 15th, 2004 - September 28th, 2004

On September 18th, 2004 police charged Kimberly Jonker 36 of Dundalk with Impaired driving and Drive over 80 mgs and Drive while under suspension. Ms. Jonker is to appear in Court on October 18th, 2004.

Between September 19th and 20th, 2004 a garage of a residence on Second Avenue was entered and two bicycles were stolen. The bikes are described as: 1) Yellow/Black Giant mountain bike 2) Blue/Silver Next Rebound bike.

On September 20th, 2004 police stopped a motorist and charged Jeffrey Michael Cournoyea. Police report Mr. Cournoyea was on previous conditions with a curfew, therefore he was charged with Breach of Recognizance, Drive motor vehicle unauthorized plates, Drive no insurance, breach of conditions of drivers licence (2 counts). Mr. Cournoyea is to appear in Ontario Court October 26th, 2004.

On September 22nd, 2004 police charged Jeffrey Ross McIntyre 49 years of Shelburne with Impaired Driving and Drive over 80 mgs. Mr. McIntyre will appear in Ontario Court October 19th, 2004.

On September 22nd, 2004 Orangeville Police became involved in a high-speed pursuit north bound on Highway 10. Shelburne Police deployed a spike belt south of Primrose. Two males were arrested after a brief struggle. Police report that there were no injuries or property damage. Charged are Kevin Gary Leslie 25 years of Erin, Ontario with Impaired Driving, Drive over 80 mgs, Dangerous Driving, Resist Arrest, Assault Police, Fail to stop for police, Breach of Probation, and Darryl Ashby 24 years of Shelburne with Assault Police with intent to resist arrest.
