April 13th, 2004

On Tuesday April 13th, 2004 at approximately 10:00 p.m. two male suspects entered the Sunys Gas Bar located on Main Street in the Town of Shelburne. Both male suspects produced wooden sticks and ordered the attendants to the floor. A struggle ensued and one of the attendants was struck several times with a wooden stick. Suspects fled the gas bar without obtaining cash or any merchandise. The attendant received minor injuries to his face and head.

It is believed the males fled the scene in a vehicle which may have been parked in an alleyway south of the Gas Bar.

Suspect #1: male white, early 20's, approximately 5'8" - 5'10", medium build

Suspect #2: male white, early 20's, approximately 5'8" - 5'11", medium build
